Verification Staff can quickly cross-reference a member's account number with an on-screen photo, eliminating potential mistakes or fraudulent billing.
Integration Data used by Serv-Way is seamlessly integrated into Acct-Way and throughout the PROffice 2000 suite. Data can also be exported to popular spreadsheets and word processing packages.
Touch Screen Through easy to navigate screens, orders can be quickly entered, processed and paid. Quick keys allow the server to access commonly requested menu items. Instantly calculates totals, change due and the amount to be charged to a member account.
Ease-of-Use Food orders can be printed directly to the kitchen (hot or cold) and beverage orders can be printed directly to the bar. Each section (lounge, restaurant, halfway house ...) is easily recognisable for multi-station use.
Flexible Dynamic seating allows the server to track members' movements from table to table. Bills
can be easily split and settled with multiple forms of payment.
Security Extensive levels of security privileges are available for each employee. Through a secure login unauthorised users are prevented from accessing the system. All transactions are stamped with an employee ID for accountability and performance tracking.
Inventory The menu is completely customisable with the ability to attach modifiers and accompaniments. Price levels can be assigned by area and special pricing can be set for a chosen date range on an item-by-item basis.
Reporting Revenue and performance reports can be printed for any specified time period for area, employee, product, service or category. Cash out reports help the servers reconcile their cash to receipts.
Performance Using Quick View, supervisors can easily view a table's activity, the employee serving the table, the length of time that patrons have been seated and the status of their order. With Suite Search, locating members on the course or in the clubhouse has never been easier.
